A tiring but somehow fulfilling day.
It has been a great long deal of time that I ever had a seriously called 'weekend' weekend to myself. Cos all the weekends have been used up at west coast plaza.
when such rare days come, the agenda is often quite a long list.
my plan for today had been:
1) made my way to cineleisure at 10am
2) made my way to big splash ard 1pm, in order to pack lunch for my mum and sis
3) selling and bargaining till night time
4) maybe have a meal at sushi tei big splash
5) home sweet home
but it turned out totally wrong.
1) made my way to cineleisure at 10am
2) reached and queue to register the long awaited game show (我要唱下去) at 11am
3) gotten a contestant no and 'retained' within kbox cineleisure, changing rooms and rooms
4) selected 5 songs from a list of 50, by choosing the easy-way-out type of songs (小薇，城里的月光，过火，我愿意，天黑黑）
5) made new friends and sing along together, discussing anything in the music/entertainment industry
6) watched 'auntie lucy' going around interviewing ppl (funny funny funny!!!)
7) finally 4.50pm, i was able to stand outside the audition room door, waiting nervously!!!
8) went in, put my bag down, picked up the cordless mic, stood at the cross on the floor(as instructed), surveyed around the room, looked at the camera, looked on top of it for the screen displaying the ktv mv, smiled at cynthia koh who was one of the judges (pretty babe!), and sang 小薇. (way too easy, how can i flunk this)
9) said thanks, and waited outside to gather with the new found friends....phew! finally it was over! after the long day of wait! but, haha, i don't foresee myself getting anywhere nearer to the S$500,000 :p
i felt so relieved and still amused by the whole thing that i had went through the day that i need some familiar comfort. met up with nijun and loitered around...it has been such a long time since i feel light and free, without burdens in me, right at that very moment.
then i made my way to AMK for dinner and some window shopping with piggy :)
finally home sweet home, watching a bit of 花样男子...i'm very mixed up by the show names oredi, so pardon me if it's wrong. everybody will be more familiar with 流星花园 ba...
totally left out the selling at big splash part, i always dreaded to go to the east side. so don't ever date me there, unless you are personally bringing me there. the last 2 times (including today's) that I fly ppl aeroplane both happened at the east side :)
i wish for all weekends to be mine!!!

5/8/09 finally a day of dating since..:)
piggy had his off day, and my initial plan was to take leave, half day gone for some volunteer work and spent the rest of the day with him. but due to the swine flu, the elders do not want to risk their life out in the open, hence the cancellation of the trip, but i still took the day of leave :)
altho the morning was a (short) rainy one, it's cooling :) and we finally got to watch finish the very 1st episode of Hot Shots!!! (consider quite a great achievement apart from movie watching) hopefully we'll be able to finish this short series real soon :)
This replaced his ruined plan of playing bball with me keke (phew...:p) i'm so lazy to shed the fats :p
And we went shopping for NeCeSSary stuffs of mine...and he saw alot of things he wanna buy...pig, always eyed on expensive things. Was worried when seeing him so tired, but i can't do anything, or rather i dunno wat i can do, only afraid watever i do is a wrong thing...
but piggy has a very big forgiving heart...thanks!
Dinner @ newly relocated Sushi Tei Paragon, seems like mgmt from all over flocked to here for help (of course except VC's, i'm starting to have bad impression abt VC very very much...of cos other than the one and only there :p) Piggy said it looked like chinese restaurant the Crystal Jade...bish...i tot it was quite nice interior, very lowly dim lights, but there's a table light on every table to at least shine at wat u r eating...but ya, really dun have the feel of being in a jap restaurant...weird
a day that can't be more than a normal day...but it's a day full of love that makes it a difference.
sidenote: i'm foreseeing myself being KA-CHA real soon, anybody pls refer me to lobangs...

routined life as usual... weekdays work 9-6pm...weekend work whole day
but i'm not getting any richer, wierd, isn't it? so stop asking why why why. if i know why, i wouldn't have been so poor.
finally these week, 8-5pm, altho gotta wake up early, i got to go home early and seem to have slightly more time to break free from routines.
5/6/09 a bad day to start. but a good night it ended. went to fetch piggy from camp and surprisingly, i could feel a difference in him, that he will nv let me go :) without any plans, we went to watch a movie, and chose 17 again. I love this type of movies, altho the plot may seem to be the usual common ones, it nv fail to touch the most inner self of me. and i knew at the moment while watching, my piggy will be like the male lead, chasing for me or giving up certain things just for me. Correct me if i was wrong :p
